The Conti Corporation maintains a fabrication shop with approximately 10,000 square feet of working space with two 5 ton cranes, sandblasting and painting equipment. We hold a U.A. Label which is accepted in the United States and Canada and have the following equipment and machinery: machine cutters and beveling (flame) on piping with unlimited capabilities, pipe bending, pipe welding to all ASME Codes (stainless and carbon pipe), cold saw to 20” width, anchor belts, threading to 12”, victaulic to 12”, and trucking service.Financial Data:
Our depositories are: Sky Bank Lowellville, Ohio and First National Bank, Main Branch, Youngstown, Ohio. The company has been granted a line of credit to $1,950,000. A current financial statement will be supplied if requested. Our independent CPA firm is Hill, Barth & King. A list of some of our suppliers is attached for your reference. In 1985 we completed the highest volume of work ever at over $12,000,000. The year 2004 was a banner year in which approximately $9,000,000 of work was done. L.
